Wir suchen 1 Koordinator_in des Geschäftsbereichs CIO ab sofort, Vollzeit (37,5 Std), Standort: Thomas-Klestil-Platz 13, 1030 Wien

Das erwartet dich

* Du arbeitest selbstständig in gruppenweiten und strategischen Projekten mit und übernimmst Verantwortung (z.B. Projekt- oder Teilprojektleitung)

* Du erstellst fachliche Konzepte, bereitest inhaltliche Themen entscheidungsreif für den CIO auf und vertrittst ihn in Arbeitsgruppen und Gremien

* Du agierst als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholder*innen

* Du vernetzt Themen und Personen und vertrittst den CIO in Meetings

* Du organisierst und moderierst Meetings, Workshops und Klausuren

Das bringst du mit

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium (idealerweise in der IT) und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im IT-Bereich

* Du bist ein Teamplayer, verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kund*innenorientierung, Selbständigkeit, Komminuikationsstärke, analytisches Denken, Beratungskompetenz, Problemlösungskompetenz, Einsatzbereitschaft und kannst mit rasch wandelnden Situationen gut umgehen

* Du kannst dich und andere gut organisieren und besitzt Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten

* Du möchtest gemeinsam mit der Wiener Stadtwerke Gruppe, Wien klimafit für die Zukunft machen

Gehalt

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 4.672,30 brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeit (Wiener Stadtwerke Kollektivvertrag, Besoldungsordnung B, Schema I, Gehaltsgruppe J), abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung, sowie gegebenenfalls die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
