Du hast Freude daran, organisatorische Aufgaben zu koordinieren, bist gerne mit Menschen im Austausch und hast gleichzeitig ein Gespür für moderne Kommunikation und Social Media?

Dann suchen wir dich als Koordinator:in für unsere vier Tagespflegeeinrichtungen in Ehrwald, Elbigenalp, Grän und Vils mit Schwerpunkt Social Media.

Deine Aufgaben

* Zentrale Koordination und Unterstützung unserer Tagespflegeeinrichtungen * Ansprechpartner:in für organisatorische und operative Anliegen der einzelnen Einrichtungen * Unterstützung bei kurzfristigen personellen Engpässen und Übernahme von Vertretungen innerhalb unserer Tagespflege * Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft * Austausch und Abstimmung mit den Teams und der Leitung * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Organisation von Angeboten, Aktionen und Veranstaltungen * Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Tagespflegeangebote * Planung und Gestaltung von wöchentlichen Social-Media-Beiträgen * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Fotos, Texten und kurzen Beiträgen für unsere Social- Media-Kanäle * Einblicke in den Alltag unserer Einrichtungen authentisch und ansprechend nach außen vermitteln * Unterstützung bei unserer Öffentlichkeitsarbeit und beim Aufbau einer modernen * Arbeitgeber- und Unternehmenskommunikation

Das bringst du mit * Idealerweise eine abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Pflege, Betreuungs- oder Sozialbereich * Freude an Organisation, Koordination und abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben * Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf auch direkt in unseren Einrichtungen mitzuarbeiten und einzuspringen * Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams * Affinität zu Social Media und Interesse an moderner Kommunikation * Kreativität und ein gutes Gespür für Texte, Bilder und aktuelle Social-Media-Formate * Selbstständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen * Führerschien Klasse B

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich. Das Mindestgehalt bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 h/Woche) beträgt monatlich EUR 2.860,-- brutto, mit Pflegeausbildung (PA) EUR 3.100,-- brutto.
