Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium Soziale Arbeit

* Wissen über Gemeinwesenarbeit und Community Organizing

* Gender- und Diversitätskompetenz sowie eine feministische Grundhaltung

* Grundwissen im Bereich Gewalt gegen Frauen und Kindern

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse und Kenntnisse der Sozialen Medien

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Zielgruppen

* Strukturierter, organisierter und teamorientierter Arbeitsstil

* Ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement

* Flexibilität und Selbständigkeit

* Mobilität

Aufgabenbereiche:

* StoP-Projektmitarbeit und Koordination in den Bezirken Eisenstadt und Mattersburg

* Gemeinwesenarbeit gegen Partnergewalt

* Organisation und Durchführung von Gruppentreffen mit Nachbar*innen

* Durchführung und Koordination von Nachbarschaftsgesprächen

* Inhaltliche Aufbereitung und Organisation von Veranstaltungen zum Thema Partnergewalt und häusliche Gewalt

* Dokumentation und Evaluation des Projektes

* Betreuung der Website und der Social Media Accounts

* Betreuung von freiwilligen Mitarbeiter*innen und Praktikant*innen

* Mitarbeit bei der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Anstellungsbeginn: Oktober 2026 / November 2026

Arbeitsort: Eisenstadt und Mattersburg

Arbeitszeit: 20 Wochenstunden, befristet auf die Dauer des Projektes

Entlohnung: nach SWÖ - KV (Verwendungsgruppe 8), Mindestbruttogehalt € 3.348,90 auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung, abhängig von der Qualifikation und den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten;
