Als Kopersbegeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van nieuwbouw plannen en daarmee ook voor het verkoopresultaat. Werkzaamheden: - Verkoopstrategie bepalen; - Proactief zoeken naar kopers; - Advies- en verkoopgesprekken voeren; - Inzichtelijk krijgen van het meer- en minderwerk; - Calculeren van meer- en minderwerk; - Technische vragen inhoudelijk beantwoorden; - Beantwoorden van vragen over opleveringen en aansluitingen regelen van nutsbedrijven; - Het controleren van de eindfacturatie; Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over een MTS of HTS Bouwkunde diploma; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in de rol van Kopersbegeleider; - Je bent technisch goed onderlegd; - Je hebt ervaring in de rol van Werkvoorbereider/Calculator; - Je weet adequaat te schakelen en hebt een proactieve houding; - Je bent sociaal en houdt van samenwerken; - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden; Functieoverzicht .
