Ruttensteiner GmbH - Market Entry Austria ist eine Consulting Agentur mit Schwerpunkt Markteintritt und Expansion nach Österreich.

Wir begleiten Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichen Branchen und verschiedensten Ländern der Welt bei der Erweiterung ihrer Geschäftstätigkeit nach oder in Österreich. 1 Kosmetik-Shop Mitarbeiter_in Einer unserer Klient_innen eröffnet in Kürze in Steyr einen Vertriebs-Shop für Kosmetik und Hautpflege Produkte. Dafür suchen wir eine Mitarbeiter_in in Teilzeit

Ihre zukünftige Tätigkeit:

* Sie Betreuen den Shop in Steyr für "Laufkundschaften"

* Sie verpacken und versenden Produkte anhand von eingehenden Email-Bestellungen

* Sie verpacken und versenden Werbematerialien und Produktproben

* Sie verwalten das Warenlager

* Sie posten in Sozialen Medien

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, alternativ vergleichbare Kenntnisse,

z.B. aus einer früheren Selbstständigkeit

* Interesse an kosmetischen Produkten wie Mesotherapie und Hautpflege

* Interesse an professionellen Schönheitsprodukten wie z.B. Fillern

* MS Office Kenntnisse

* Hervorragendes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement sowie schnelle Auffassungsgabe

* Englisch und/oder Arabisch von Vorteil

Unterstützende Maßnahmen für Ihre zukünftige Tätigkeit:

* Sie werden auf die Besonderheiten unseres Klienten eingeschult

* Sie werden auf die Produkte unseres Klienten https://www.bonittoaesthetic.com/de/ eingeschult

* Möglichkeit der Weiterbildung in internen und externen Seminaren

* Nach Abstimmung und entsprechenden positiver Leistung besteht auch die Möglichkeit der Teilnahme an internationalen Schönheitsmessen wie z.B. in Monaco, Paris, Barcelona...

Dienstort:

* Büro 4400 Steyr, OÖ

Arbeitszeit:

* Montag bis Freitag, Vormittags 08:00 bis 12:00 Uhr

* Arbeitszeit kann nach Absprache um 30 Minuten nach vorne oder nach hinten verschoben werden

Beschäftigungsausmaß:

* Für diese Stelle ist eine Teilzeit-Beschäftigung von 20 Wochenstunden vorgesehen.

* Eine Aufstockung der Wochenstundenanzahl ist nach Absprache ab Spätsommer 2027 möglich, aber nicht verpflichtend.

Arbeitsbeginn:

* Ab November 2026

Vertragsdauer:

* Ein Monat Probezeit + 2 Monate befristet, danach Möglichkeit auf ein unbefristetes Dienstverhältnis.

Gehalt:

Für die Position ist bei Vollzeit laut aktuellen KV ein Einstiegsgehalt von € 2.113,35 Brutto/Monat vorgesehen. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend Ihrer persönlichen Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation.
