Kostendeskundige -A27 Houten Knooppunt Everdingen Utrecht Functie omschrijving Voor de Rijkswaterstaat Utrecht is FlexIntens op zoek naar een Kostendeskundige -A27 Houten Knooppunt Everdingen voor 36 uur per week. Kostendeskundige / Cost Engineer Locatie en werkstijl Locatie: Utrecht en projectlocaties (waarschijnlijk gerelateerd aan het A27‑traject). Werkwijze: Hybride werken met regelmatige aanwezigheid in Utrecht en/of op projectlocaties. Een redelijke mate van flexibiliteit wordt verwacht. Opdracht Je wordt onderdeel van het kostendeskundige team binnen één of meerdere projectteams en werkt mogelijk samen met Bouwcombinatie De Groene Waarden. Je adviseert over kosten en ramingen, ontwikkelt kostenproducten en toetst kostenproducten van externe partijen. Je levert bijdrage aan kennisontwikkeling binnen het team en bent betrokken bij het gehele proces van voorbereiding tot evaluatie en verbetering. Verantwoordelijkheden - Beoordelen van aannemersbegrotingen en kostenproducten geleverd door externe partijen. - Adviseren over projectvraagstukken, aanbestedingen, wijzigingen en kostenbeheersing. - Ontwikkelen van kostenproducten zoals ramingen, modellen en business cases. - Opzetten, uitvoeren, evalueren en bijsturen van kostenproducten in het project (inhoud en proces). - Samenwerken in overleggen zoals kostentafel en inkooptafel om projectontwikkelingen te volgen. Leiding en samenwerking Aansturing: Aansturing door het afdelingshoofd Kostenpool. Dagelijkse aansturing en samenwerking met de kostenadviseur van het project en het IPM-team op locatie. Essentiële competenties - Civieltechnische kennis en/of werktuigbouwkundige kennis. - Kennis van de SSK‑systematiek, inclusief analyseren van probabilistische resultaten (bijv.
