Als kostendeskundige en calculator ben je al vroeg betrokken en leg je de financiële basis onder projecten die Nederland bereikbaar, veilig en toekomstbestendig maken. Vanuit Gouda werk je aan middelgrote en grote civiele projecten, met veel aandacht voor betonconstructies en de energietransitie. Je zit aan tafel waar keuzes worden gemaakt en zorgt dat ambities, techniek en kosten met elkaar in balans zijn. In deze rol maak je projecten mogelijk nog vóórdat ze worden gegund. Je vertaalt contractstukken, ontwerpen en uitgangspunten naar onderbouwde kostencalculaties en werkt scenario's uit voor technische keuzes, risico's en alternatieven. Dat doe je voor projecten binnen de civiele techniek, zoals bruggen, viaducten, tunnels en waterbouw, en voor onderdelen binnen de energietransitie zoals HS‑ en MS‑stations. Je werkt in tender- en voorbereidingsfasen en blijft ook na gunning betrokken om de financiële onderbouwing goed over te dragen richting uitvoering. Als kostendeskundige en calculator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van kostencalculaties en aanbiedingen voor civiele projecten met een omvang van circa €100.000 tot €100 miljoen. Je analyseert contractdocumenten, tekeningen en vraagspecificaties en vertaalt deze naar heldere hoeveelheden, kostprijzen en ramingen, met specifieke aandacht voor betonconstructies. Daarbij denk je actief mee over technische oplossingen, alternatieven en uitvoerbaarheid. Je vraagt prijzen op bij leveranciers en onderaannemers, vergelijkt aanbiedingen en stemt uitgangspunten en aannames af met colle...
