Als Kostendeskundige ben jij de financiële spin in het bouwweb. Je bepaald de kostprijs vanaf de eerste ontwerpfase tot aan de uitvoering en zorgt dat deze zo realistisch en nauwkeurig mogelijk is. Je stelt kostprijsramingen op voor projecten in eigen ontwikkeling, bouwteams en selecties. Daarbij analyseer je technische risico's. denk je mee over alternatieven en optimalisaties en adviseer je je team over de beste keuzes voor onderaannemers en leveranciers. Naast je rol in de prijsvorming bouw je actief mee aan onze processen en calculatiesystematiek. Je onderhoudt het kerngetallensysteem, voer nacalculaties uit en vertaalt deze inzichten naar verbeteringen voor toekomstige projecten. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als calculator of kostendeskundige; - Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig; - Je voelt verantwoordelijk voor je eigen werk; - Ervaring met Autocad, Revit, IBIS of Solibri is een pré.
