Je rekent plannen door en ziet waar we scherper kunnen zijn. Je ziet waar kansen liggen, herkent risico's op tijd en weet waar het financieel of inhoudelijk nét wat slimmer kan. Met jouw scherpe blik en ervaring maak je dit bespreekbaar en help je het projectteam om samen de beste keuzes te maken. Met jouw scherpe blik zorg je ervoor dat het projectteam steeds over de juiste prijsinformatie beschikt en dat ramingen en begrotingen kloppen. Je vergelijkt offertes, analyseert ze grondig en adviseert het team over de beste keuzes. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je begrijpt wat keuzes betekenen voor het plan, het proces én uiteindelijk voor de mensen die er straks wonen. Jij bent de collega die niet alleen rekent, maar vooral meedenkt. Met jouw bouwkundige kennis, financiële scherpte en oog voor kansen geef je het projectteam precies de informatie die nodig is om goede keuzes te maken.
