Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het nauwkeurig bepalen en bewaken van bouwkostenbudgetten, waarbij je niet alleen de directe kosten, maar ook de totale levensduurkosten in overweging neemt. Jouw expertise strekt zich uit tot adviesverlening aan het projectteam, zowel tijdens de bouw als tijdens tenderprocessen. Jouw advies is van onschatbare waarde voor het projectteam en strekt zich uit over diverse aspecten, waaronder bouwmethodieken en materiaalgebruik. Je hebt een scherp oog voor detail en bent in staat om complexe vraagstukken te analyseren en praktische oplossingen aan te dragen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met verschillende partijen, waaronder co-makers, onderaannemers, leveranciers en adviseurs. Jouw liefde voor complexe utilitaire projecten vormt de verbindende factor tussen alle betrokken partijen. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je beschikt over hbo werk- en denkniveau; - Je hebt enige ervaring met calculatiewerkzaamheden; - Het bouwbesluit en verschillende contractvormen hebben geen geheimen meer voor jou; - Je hebt ervaring hebt met het werken met 3D-modellen (pré).
