Je maakt financiële keuzes inzichtelijk en helpt plannen realiseren die technisch haalbaar, zorgvuldig onderbouwd en waardevol voor gebruikers zijn. Je schuift al in de initiatief- en ontwerpfase aan met ontwerp, projectmanagement en uitvoering. Met een scherpe blik, overtuigingskracht en gevoel voor de klant vertaal je complexe informatie naar een haalbare aanpak. - Opstellen van ramingen, begrotingen en kostprijsberekeningen. - Aanvragen, beoordelen en vergelijken van offertes. - In kaart brengen van risico's, kansen en financiële afwijkingen. - Adviseren over materialen, uitvoeringsmethoden en besparingen. - Bijdragen aan tenders, bouwteams en verbetering van digitale calculatieprocessen. Je werkt samen in een projectteam waarin kennis delen, initiatief nemen en resultaatgericht handelen vanzelfsprekend zijn. Zo bouw je mee aan projecten waarop opdrachtgevers en collega's kunnen vertrouwen. Functie-eisen Jij bent succesvol in deze rol als: - Je een mbo- of hbo-opleiding Bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare opleiding hebt afgerond. - Je minimaal drie jaar ervaring hebt als calculator of kostendeskundige in de woningbouw of utiliteitsbouw. - Je gestructureerd werkt, graag doorvraagt en helder kunt uitleggen hoe je tot een bedrag komt. - Je interesse hebt in bestaande bouw en in nieuwe technieken, zoals 3D en BIM.
