The posting

Voor een stabiele en groeiende Belgische productieorganisatie actief binnen infrastructuurprojecten zoeken we een Kostendeskundige Bouw & Prefab.

Je krijgt een centrale rol in de voorbereiding van technische maatwerkprojecten. Je analyseert plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische documenten en vertaalt deze naar een correcte kostprijs en competitieve offerte.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan cijfers alleen. Je denkt mee over technische haalbaarheid, uitvoeringsmethodes, risico's en mogelijke optimalisaties.

Je werkt vanuit de regio Waasmunster en hebt veel contact met productie, engineering, leveranciers en klanten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Bestuderen en analyseren van plannen, lastenboeken, meetstaten en technische voorschriften.
  • In kaart brengen van de specifieke technische en commerciële vereisten van ieder project.
  • Opstellen van nauwkeurige kostprijsberekeningen voor maatwerkconstructies.
  • Berekenen van hoeveelheden zoals materialen, wapening, bekisting en transport.
  • Opvragen en verwerken van prijzen en technische informatie.
  • Contact onderhouden met leveranciers, klanten en interne collega's.
  • Identificeren van risico's, uitvoeringsmoeilijkheden en mogelijke optimalisaties.
  • Opstellen van duidelijke en correcte offertes.
  • Meedenken over alternatieve uitvoeringsmethodes en kostenefficiënte oplossingen.
  • Overleggen met productie en engineering over de technische haalbaarheid.
  • Opvolgen van offertes en waar nodig toelichten van gemaakte berekeningen.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een technische opleiding in bouwkunde, betonbouw of een aanverwante richting. Relevante ervaring kan een diploma compenseren.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht.
  • Je bent sterk met cijfers en beschikt over een goed gevoel voor kostprijzen.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je analyseert dossiers nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en bewaakt deadlines.
  • Je hebt voldoende commerciële feeling om niet alleen correct, maar ook competitief te calculeren.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
