Je vertaald ontwerpen naar betrouwbare kostprijsramingen, denkt mee over risico's en zoet naar slimme optimalisaties. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan onze ambitie! In deze rol werk je nauw samen met planvoorbereiders, projectleiders en organisatiedeskundige om de projecten financieel en technisch te versterken. Je bent betrokken bij het hele proces, van eerste ontwerp tot uitvoering, en zorg je voor een onderbouwde en realistische prijsvorming. Je maakt ramingen, begrotingen en kostprijsanalyses voor zowel eigen ontwikkelingsprojecten als bouwteamopgave en leveranciers. Daarbij denk je actief mee over technische keuzes, alternatieven en optimalisaties die bijdragen aan een haalbaar, duurzaam en rendabel project. Je bepaald de juiste balans tussen kwaliteit, prijs en samenwerking bij het selecteren van co-makers, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Samen met je projectteam werk je aan binnenstedelijke opgave met logistieke uitdagingen. Kortom: Jij zorgt dat onze projecten financieel kloppen én succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Je hebt een afgeronde HBO opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde; - Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met prijsvorming in bouwprojecten; - Je hebt ambitie om je kostendeskundigheid verder te ontwikkelen; - Je bent analytisch sterk en in staat om zelfstandig de kostprijs te bepalen; - Je bent een teamspeler en krijgt energie van samenwerken aan een optimaal resultaat; - Ervaring met software zoals IBIS is een pré.
