Voor een groeiende afdeling zoeken wij een kostendeskundige die zich thuis voelt in een dynamische omgeving en graag samenwerkt met diverse specialisten. Organisatie Onze opdrachtgever is een specialist op het gebied van transformeren en onderhouden van gebouwen in de regio Zuid Holland. Functie Wat ga je doen? Als kostendeskundige ben je onmisbaar in de voorbereidingsfase van onze projecten. Je vertaalt de financiële wensen en eisen van de klant naar gedetailleerde kostenramingen en kostprijsbegrotingen, gebaseerd op tekeningen, bestekken en grondige inventarisaties. Je werkt nauw samen met andere disciplines in klantteams en adviseert jouw collega's van het bedrijfsbureau over de financiële aspecten van onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Jouw expertise maakt het verschil in het realiseren van hoogwaardige projecten die voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten. Functie-eisen Wie ben jij? Je bent een resultaatgerichte, bouwkundig onderlegde professional met een scherp oog voor detail en een oplossingsgerichte instelling. Je houdt van samenwerken maar weet ook zelfstandig resultaten te bereiken. Jouw profiel: MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau in bouwkunde. 3-5 jaar ervaring als (bouwkundig) kostendeskundige en/of calculator. Affiniteit met bestaand vastgoed en planmatig onderhoud is een pré.
