Bij Vaecon Bouwadvies werk je aan kostenramingen en calculaties voor uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, vanaf de eerste plannen tot en met de oplevering. Je schakelt met opdrachtgevers, architecten, constructeurs en andere adviseurs en helpt keuzes binnen budget te houden. Of je nu starter bent of al zelfstandig projecten draagt: je krijgt een rol die past bij je ervaring en waarin je kunt doorgroeien. Your role Als Kostendeskundige / Calculator Bouwkosten stel je calculaties en kostenramingen op voor bouwprojecten in verschillende fases. Je werkt niet alleen cijfers uit, maar denkt ook mee over haalbaarheid, keuzes en budgetbewaking. - Je stelt bouwkundige en installatietechnische calculaties, kostenramingen en elementenramingen op. - Je bepaalt hoeveelheden en eenheidsprijzen en verwerkt deze tot betrouwbare ramingen. - Je verzorgt offerteaanvragen en toetst of ontwerpkeuzes passen binnen het beschikbare budget. - Je werkt samen met opdrachtgevers, architecten, constructeurs en overige adviseurs in ontwerpteams. - Je ondersteunt projecten van initiatief- en ontwerpfase tot uitvoering, oplevering en exploitatie op langere termijn. - Afhankelijk van je ervaring pak je een ondersteunende rol op of neem je juist meer zelfstandigheid in overleg met opdrachtgevers en projectpartners.
