Je werkt niet aan simpele klusjes. Je werkt aan installaties die dagelijks door honderdduizenden mensen worden gebruikt. Wat ga jij doen? Vanaf de eerste ontwerpfase ben jij de man of vrouw die techniek vertaalt naar betrouwbare cijfers. Je werkt samen met engineers, ontwerpers en projectmanagers, en jouw kostenramingen bepalen mede welke keuzes er worden gemaakt. - Je stelt kostenramingen en begrotingen op van VO tot UO voor elektrotechnische projecten in de utiliteitsbouw - Je voert Life Cycle Cost-analyses uit en adviseert over oplossingen die technisch én financieel houdbaar zijn over de volledige levensduur - Je beoordeelt offertes, bewaakt de samenhang binnen projecten en signaleert risico's voordat ze problemen worden - Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt actuele kostenkengetallen die het team scherp houden - Je adviseert projectteams over contractvormen en prijsvorming binnen UAV, UAV-GC en bouwteamconstructies Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt minimaal een hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek afgerond en hebt daarna ervaring opgebouwd als kostendeskundige, cost engineer of calculator binnen elektrotechniek, installatietechniek of utiliteit. Je weet wat een kostenraming moet bevatten, je snapt hoe prijsvorming werkt, en je laat je niet verrassen door een offerte die niet klopt. Affiniteit met duurzame en innovatieve installaties is mooi meegenomen.
