Je kent de wereld van civiele techniek, begrijpt wat er achter een SSK-raming zit en vindt het interessant om projecten slimmer, beter en beheersbaar te maken. Als Kostendeskundige bij gemeente Westland krijg je de ruimte om jouw kennis direct toe te passen op projecten die je dagelijks in de openbare ruimte terugziet. Van reconstructies en inrichting van de openbare ruimte tot groen- en cultuurtechnische projecten: jij zorgt dat plannen niet alleen technisch kloppen, maar ook financieel haalbaar blijven. Jouw werk maakt het verschil Je werkt binnen het Ingenieursbureau van gemeente Westland, een team van circa 45 projectleiders, adviseurs en vakspecialisten. Samen realiseren we complexe projecten in de openbare ruimte. Als kostendeskundige ben jij de financiële specialist binnen verschillende projectteams. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, opdrachtgevers, marktpartijen en andere specialisten. Jij brengt kosten, risico's en voortgang bij elkaar en zorgt dat iedereen weet waar het project financieel staat. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Toetsen, opstellen en bijstellen van SSK-ramingen en kostenopstellingen; - Bewaken van budgetten en signaleren van financiële risico's; - Opstellen van eindcalculaties en evalueren van uitvoeringskosten; - Bijdragen aan aanbestedingen en contract- en risicobeheersing; - Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding en aanbesteding van realisatieprojecten; - Adviseren van projectleiders en opdrachtgevers over kosten en beheersmaatregelen; - Samenwerken met opdrachtnemers en ketenpartners tijdens de uitvoering.
