Functieomschrijving Als Kostendeskundige Nieuwbouw ben jij de financiële spil in diverse nieuwbouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en calculatoren om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen budget worden gerealiseerd. Vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering houd jij de vinger aan de pols en adviseer je over kostenoptimalisaties zonder in te leveren op kwaliteit. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle financiële vraagstukken binnen de projecten en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet waar ze aan toe zijn.
