Voor een toonaangevende, ontwikkelende bouwonderneming in Zuidoost-Brabant, onderdeel van een vooraanstaande landelijke bouwgroep, zoeken wij een ervaren kostendeskundige. Onze opdrachtgever is een gerespecteerde en financieel gezonde ontwikkelende bouwer met een sterke marktpositie in de regio Brainport. Binnen een dynamische en innovatieve werkomgeving combineren ze spraakmakende binnenstedelijke projecten, woontorens en gebiedstransformaties met een open, informele bedrijfscultuur en korte communicatielijnen. Neem contact op met Martijn Burghoorn Wat je doet als Kostendeskundige/senior calculator Woning- en Utiliteitsbouw Als kostendeskundige ben jij de financiële en strategische spil in de initiatief-, haalbaarheids- en ontwerpfase van bouwprojecten. Jij vertaalt globale vlekkenplannen, schetsontwerpen en tenderuitvragen naar gedetailleerde, betrouwbare kostenramingen en investeringsanalyses. Jouw belangrijkste taken: - Opstellen van elementenbegrotingen, kostprijsberekeningen en investeringsramingen vanaf de allereerste initiatieffase tot en met het definitieve ontwerp - Analyseren van de financiële haalbaarheid van tenders, bouwteams en eigen projectontwikkelingen - Het in kaart brengen van financiële en technische projectrisico's en het proactief aandragen van slimme alternatieven, optimalisaties en duurzame oplossingen - Verzamelen, analyseren en beheren van historische kostengegevens en marktkengetallen om calculatiemet...
