Zo concreet is jouw werk als Kostendeskundige Werktuigbouwkunde. Wat ga jij doen? Jij bewaakt het financiële hart van complexe installatieprojecten. Vanaf de eerste initiatieffase tot aan de projectevaluatie vertaal jij technische plannen naar betrouwbare cijfers en houd jij de balans tussen tijd, geld, kwaliteit en risico in handen. Je werkt vanuit Bunnik, maar jouw invloed reikt ver. - Je maakt kostenanalyses en ramingen in alle ontwerpfasen, van voorlopig tot uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp - Je optimaliseert ontwerpen op basis van levenscycluskostenanalyses (LCC) - Je beoordeelt offertes van uitvoerende partijen en stuurt bij waar nodig - Je houdt kostenkengetallen actueel en adviseert het projectteam over budgetten - Je coördineert met andere disciplines binnen het project Wat breng jij mee? Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding richting werktuigbouwkunde, bij voorkeur aangevuld met TVVL-opleidingen. Je hebt ervaring met prijsvorming en kent de weg in gangbare contractvormen zoals UAV en UAV-GC. Kennis van aanbestedingssystematiek en begrotingsregelgeving is een pré.
