In deze functie ben jij de verbindende schakel bij het opstellen van winnende aanbiedingen voor grootschalige, multidisciplinaire railprojecten. Dit wordt jouw baan Als ervaren kostprijsdeskundige bovenleiding en draagconstructies ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige prijsvormingsproces. Je stelt zelfstandig ramingen en kostprijsbegrotingen op en geeft stevig, onderbouwd prijstechnisch advies. Je begeleidt en coacht junior collega's en neemt hen mee in het vak. Dit doe je zowel in de tenderfase als tijdens de realisatie. Je adviseert over contract- en scope-interpretatie, de prijsvormingsstrategie en de benodigde ontwerp- en realisatie-uitwerking. Je weegt varianten af en neemt duurzaamheid, veiligheid, innovatie, kansen en risico's mee in je aanpak. Met jouw overzicht en diepgang zorg je voor een scherpe en concurrerende aanbieding. Je durft vragen te stellen, keuzes ter discussie te stellen en voorstellen te doen die het verschil maken. Zie jij het anders dan anderen, dan pak je die rol en voer je het gesprek. Je bent een vaste sparringpartner binnen het tenderteam en werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de realisatie.
