Wil jij bij het gehele projecten betrokken zijn, van start tot finish? Jouw uitdaging als Kostprijsdeskundige Je werkt als kostprijsdeskundige elektrotechnische installaties zelfstandig en/of in overleg en conform opdracht voor opstellen van begrotingen en offertes voor meer complexe aanvragen, zodanig dat een optimale kostenefficiëntie, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid wordt behaald. Met je dienstverlenende instelling ben je gericht op maximale in- en externe klanttevredenheid. Je onderhoudt contacten met in- en externe klanten, toeleveranciers en onderaannemers en je vertaalt mogelijkheden voor Unica in USP en levert hierin een onderscheidend vermogen. Je levert relevante informatie t.b.v. bepaling van de verkoopprijzen. Je houdt (technische en markt-) ontwikkelingen in de branche bij en maakt daarvan optimaal gebruik bij de opzet van competitieve begrotingen en offertes. Verder stel je de meest kosteneffectieve kostprijsbegrotingen en offertes op. Je realiseert optimale kostprijsbegrotingen voor projecten binnen de gestelde tijd en conform Programma van Eisen en bestek en je werkt mee aan bouw en onderhoudt van databases met kengetallen en m2 -prijzen t.b.v. ramingen en toetst deze aan calculaties van gerealiseerde projecten en levert hiervoor actuele informatie aan. Je vertegenwoordigt Unica professioneel in woord en daad. Je hebt inzicht in de aanvraag-/ contractdocumenten van de projecten en in de (technisch/ financiële) risico's hiervan en bent verantwoordelijk voor het gereedkomen, accorderen en tijdig indienen van de aanbestedingsstukken.
