Droom je ervan om als kraamverzorgende aan de slag te gaan, maar beschik je nog niet over de juiste opleiding en vaardigheden? Dan bieden wij jou de kans om samen met ons een nieuwe stap in je carrière te zetten! Je kunt bij ons een erkende opleiding tot kraamverzorgende volgen én tegelijkertijd praktijkervaring opdoen. Je start met een branche-erkend en betaald opleidingstraject, waarin je leren en werken combineert. Zo ontwikkel je jezelf stap voor stap tot een deskundige en betrokken kraamverzorgende. Wat ga je doen? Als leerling-kraamverzorgende bieden wij jou de mogelijkheid om de opleiding tot kraamverzorgende te volgen. De opleiding volg je bij Zadkine. Een groot voordeel is dat je vrijwel iedere maand kunt starten. Alleen in de maanden juli en augustus is er geen instroom. Kijk bovenaan deze pagina bij 'Startdata' of via de aanmeldknop voor de eerstvolgende startmomenten. De opleiding duurt ongeveer 12 tot 15 maanden. In deze periode doorloop je verschillende modules en leg je de bijbehorende examens af. Je start de opleiding met drie weken school. Daarna kun je flexibel instromen in de verschillende vervolgmodules. Met een persoonlijk leerplan werk je stap voor stap aan jouw ontwikkeling. Je volgt de modules in jouw eigen tempo en krijgt begeleiding die aansluit bij wat jij nodig hebt. Tijdens de opleiding leer je alles wat je nodig hebt om als kraamverzorgende te werken. Je leert onder andere: - Assisteren bij bevallingen; - Moeder en baby ondersteunen en verzorgen; - De ontwikkeling en gezondheid van moeder en baby observeren; - Medische en psychosociale signalen herkennen en hierop handelen; - Ouders ondersteunen en begeleiden in de eerste periode na de geboorte.
