- Een veilige hechting met jullie kindje - Thuis uit het ziekenhuis - Gespecialiseerde kraamzorg - Holistische Natuurlijke Kraamzorg Kraamzorg het Kraamnest is een kraamzorgorganisatie in Huissen die in 2015 is opgericht uit liefde en passie voor de kraamzorg, met de missie jonge ouders liefdevolle en persoonlijke kraamzorg te bieden. Wij leveren kraamzorg in de regio Arnhem/Nijmegen. Omdat wij van mening zijn dat deze zorg alleen geboden kan worden als medewerkers zich gehoord voelen, vinden wij het belangrijk een goede band op te bouwen met onze medewerkers. Jij als kraamverzorgende en medewerker partuspoule bent het gezicht van ons bedrijf en staat dus bovenaan! Vind jij begeleiden bij een bevalling ook zo'n magisch moment? Wil jij meerdere nachten per maand wachtdienst om bij een bevalling te assisteren van 16.00 uur tot 08.00 uur? Wij zoeken leerling verloskundigen, verloskundigen en kraamverzorgenden voor de Partuspoule! Als medewerker partuspoule ben jij op afroep van de planning binnen een uur aanwezig voor de assistentie bij een bevalling. Je assisteert de verloskundige en ondersteunt de aanstaande ouder(s). Na de geboorte van de baby hou jij de gezondheid van moeder en baby in de gaten en meld je afwijkingen direct aan de verloskundige. Je ondersteunt moeder met de eerste voeding en helpt de moeder met wassen/douchen. Tevens ruim je de kraamkamer op en maak je rapportage van de bevalling en een overdracht voor je collega. Je geeft instructies voor de nacht en als alle controles in orde zijn, vertrek je met een voldaan gevoel weer naar huis! Wat vragen wij: - Leerling verloskundigen die de propedeuse hebben behaald of, - Gediplomeerd verloskundigen die ervaring op willen doen in het assisteren bij een bevalling of, - Gediplomeerd kraamverzorgenden - De kernwoorden professioneel, liefdevol, warm, geduldig, zorgvuldig, integer en zorgzaam passen bij jou.
