Namens een wereldwijde referentie in interieurdesign en duurzame houtoplossingen zoekt Randstad een gedreven bull- en kraanbestuurder. Je gaat aan de slag in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving waar innovatie en circulariteit centraal staan. Als bull- en kraanbestuurder speel je een cruciale rol in het hart van de fabriek en zorg je voor de constante flow van grondstoffen binnen een team dat veiligheid als absolute prioriteit stelt.

  • Beschikken over aantoonbare ervaring als bull- en kraanbestuurder of bullchauffeur in een industriële setting.
  • Handelen met een scherp oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit volgens de strengste normen.
  • Bewaren van het overzicht en stellen van prioriteiten in een dynamische en wisselende omgeving.
  • Tonen van een proactieve houding en een gezonde dosis stressbestendigheid.
  • Bereidheid om te werken in een 5-ploegenstelsel, wat zorgt voor een uitstekende verloning en een uniek verlofstelsel.
  • Besturen van een bulldozer voor het nauwkeurig verhandelen van diverse houtvrachten zoals planken, rondhout en zaagmeel.
  • Bevoorraden van verschillende houtvoorbereidingsinstallaties om een ononderbroken productieproces te garanderen.
  • Vullen van containers voor de georganiseerde afvoer van spanen en restafval op de site.
  • Instellen van de machine die platen verwerkt tot herbruikbare grondstoffen voor nieuwe producten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de reiniging van productiemachines en silo's om een optimale werking te behouden.
