De Vlieger R. & Cie BV is sedert de oprichting in 1978 reeds 40 jaar een referentie op het vlak van veegwerken, alternatieve onkruidbestrijding, rioolreiniging, afvalverwerking, gladheidsbestrijding en aanleg en onderhoud van openbaar groen. Ons team bestaat uit een 40-tal enthousiaste medewerkers en een state-of-the-art machinepark. Door onze centrale ligging in Vlaanderen is De Vlieger R. & Cie perfect gepositioneerd om in heel Vlaanderen werken uit te voeren.

  • Je staat in en werkt mee aan de begeleiding, de verwerking en het transport van de afvalstromen (bermmaaisel, snoeiafval, veegvuil, kolkenslib, bermgrond, zwerfvuil, ...).
  • Je begeleidt de inkomende vrachtwagens volgens de beste technieken bij het lossen van hun goederen, je verwerkt deze goederen met behulp van een graafmachine en je staat in voor de afvoer van deze stromen.
  • Je voert onderhoudstaken uit zoals het smeren en reinigen van de graafmachine, het onderhoud van de loods, ...
  • Na de inwerkperiode voer je enkele administratieve taken uit.
  • Tijdens rustigere periodes krijg je de verantwoordelijkheid over een aantal andere activiteiten naargelang je competenties (CE-rijbewijs, administratieve vaardigheden, ...)
  • Je levert consequent kwalitatief werk af volgens de instructies van de werfleider.
  • Je werkt met oog voor behoud van kwaliteit zoals controle bronsortering, vervuiling, ...
  • Je maakt op de juiste manier gebruik van machines, toestellen, gereedschappen, gevaarlijke producten en andere arbeidsmiddelen.
  • Je hebt minstens technische vakkennis
  • Je bent in het bezit van een VCA-basisdiploma of je bent bereid om dit te behalen binnen de 3 maanden na indiensttreding
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met het besturen/bedienen van een kraan
  • Je bent flexibel in het uitvoeren van taken
  • Je bent in staat om fysieke arbeid te verrichten
  • Je bent bereidwillig, gedreven en veiligheidsbewust
  • Je hebt zin voor orde en netheid, verantwoordelijkheid en zelfbeheersing
  • Je bent steeds bereid om bij te leren
