Oudewater Kraanmachinist Recycling & Grondstoffen UMIA UMIA is op zoek naar een Kraanmachinist Recycling & Grondstoffen! - Fulltime - Ongeschoold - Open deuren Wat ga je doen? Bij UMIA werken we iedere dag samen aan het verwerken van grondstoffen en afvalstromen. We zijn een nuchter familiebedrijf met een klein, hecht team en de ambitie om door te groeien, als bedrijf én als mensen. Voor ons terrein in Oudewater zoeken we een kraanmachinist die graag aanpakt, wil leren en samen met ons verder wil ontwikkelen. Als kraanmachinist werk je midden in de dagelijkse praktijk. Je houdt je bezig met het verwerken van materialen, het sorteren van afvalstromen en het laden van containers voor transport. Je krijgt je eigen kraan en draagt daar ook verantwoordelijkheid voor. Geen dag is hetzelfde en juist die afwisseling maakt het werk mooi. Werkzaamheden kunnen onder andere bestaan uit: - Hout breken en het proces draaiende houden - Zorg dragen voor de kraan en houtbrekers - Sorteren van afval in de juiste stromen - Laden van containers voor eigen transport, klanten en leveranciers - Meedenken hoe het werk slimmer, efficiënter en veiliger kan Wat vragen wij? Ervaring is niet doorslaggevend. Motivatie, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en de wil om te leren vinden we belangrijker. Als jij ervoor wilt gaan, leren wij je het vak in de praktijk.
