Wir suchen Präzisionsfahrer, die schwere Nutzfahrzeuge auch rückwärts durch enge Hofeinfahrten manövrieren können. Start und Ziel jeder Schicht ist 6800 Feldkirch. Ihre Aufgabe ist die zuverlässige und hygienische Abholung von Rohmilch bei unseren landwirtschaftlichen Partnerbetrieben in der Region Vorarlberg. Das bedeutet: Fahren im alpinen Raum, Manövrieren auf engem Raum und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten direkt vor Ort.

Das Schichtmodell (Planbare Freizeit) Wir arbeiten in einem rollierenden System, das Ihnen lange, zusammenhängende Freizeitblöcke ermöglicht:

- Arbeitszeit: 3 bis 4 Tage pro Woche im Einsatz. - Freizeit: 7 Tage am Stück frei innerhalb von 2 Wochen. - Einsatzzeiten: Die Milchabholung läuft 365 Tage im Jahr. Schichten an Samstagen, Sonn- und Feiertagen sowie Nachtarbeit gehören fest zum Dienstplan.

Was Sie mitbringen müssen

- Qualifikation: Gültiger Führerschein C/CE mit Kennzahl 95 und aktive Fahrerkarte. - Fahrpraxis: Sie beherrschen Ihr Fahrzeug blind – auch bei schwierigen Witterungsverhältnissen im Winter und auf schmalen Güterwegen. - Arbeitsweise: Absolute Zuverlässigkeit und Hygiene. Das Ankoppeln der Schläuche und die korrekte Probenahme erfordern Genauigkeit. - Kommunikation: Gute Deutschkenntnisse für den täglichen, direkten Kontakt mit den Landwirten und die Dokumentation. - - Was wir Ihnen bieten - Einarbeitung: Eine strukturierte, mehrwöchige Einschulung auf den Spezialfahrzeugen und den Pump-/Messsystemen. Wir werfen Sie nicht ins kalte Wasser. - Sicherheit: Ein krisensicherer Arbeitsplatz in einem stabilen, regionalen Marktumfeld. - Konditionen: Pünktliche, leistungsgerechte Entlohnung inklusive aller gesetzlichen Zulagen (Nacht, Sonntag, Feiertag). Ca. 3000 Netto – 14 Gehälter usw. - Fuhrpark: Moderner, technisch einwandfreier Fuhrpark.
