Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams für nationale und internationale Projekte suchen wir suchen wir ab sofort 1 Kranrüster_in Große Bauprojekte erfordern erfahrene Fachkräfte mit sicherem Umgang mit moderner Krantechnik. Als Großkranfahrer_in bewegen und montieren Sie schwere Bauteile präzise, von Industrie- und Brückenelementen bis hin zu Komponenten von Windenergieanlagen und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Baustellenablauf.

Wir bei PRANGL realisieren anspruchsvolle Projekte im Ingenieur- und Anlagenbau sowie beim Aufbau von Windparks. Mit Ihrem technischen Know-how und Ihrem verantwortungsbewussten Einsatz tragen Sie maßgeblich zum Erfolg unserer Bauvorhaben bei.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Fachgerechte Bedienung sowie selbstständiger Auf- und Abbau von Gittermastkranen (z. B. Tadano, Liebherr) im Rahmen anspruchsvoller nationaler und internationaler Großprojekte

* Einhaltung und Umsetzung unserer Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

* Zentrale Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Stakeholdern, insbesondere Bauleitung, Werkstätte und Disposition

* Koordination und fachliche Anleitung des Baustellenpersonals (Kranrüster_innen, Hilfskranfahrer_innen) vor Ort

* Sorgfältige Gerätepflege sowie Durchführung kleinerer Wartungs- und Servicearbeiten gemäß Hersteller- und Betriebsanleitung

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Sehr gute Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Gültiger Kranschein sowie Führerschein der Klasse B

* Führerschein der Klassen C und CE sowie Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bedienen und Rüsten von Gittermastkranen

* Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Führungserfahrung

* Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

* Internationale Reisebereitschaft, auch für mehrwöchige Einsätze am Stück
