Om het team verder uit te breiden, zoekt men een Kredietadviseur die instaat voor een kwaliteitsvolle opvolging van kredietdossiers.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol combineer je analytische scherpte met commercieel inzicht. Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met je klanten, volgt hun activiteiten op en bouwt zo aan een vertrouwensrelatie binnen het lokale ondernemersnetwerk. Wat ga je doen?

  • Klantbegeleiding: Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met klanten, volgt hun activiteiten op en denkt mee over bijkomende financieringsmogelijkheden of toekomstige uitbreidingen.
  • Woon- en investeringskredieten: Je beoordeelt en begeleidt zowel woonkredieten voor particulieren als investerings- en werkkapitaalfinancieringen voor ondernemers.
  • Kredietdossiers beoordelen: Je beoordeelt aanvragen grondig, bepaalt de kredietvoorwaarden en stemt af met interne risicopartners om dossiers correct en volledig op te bouwen.
  • Risicobeheer: Je waakt over een gezonde balans tussen commerciële opportuniteit en een verantwoord kredietbeleid binnen het kantoor.
  • Commerciële groei: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kredietsegment en het lokale netwerk van klanten.
  • Opvolging en administratie: Je bewaakt lopende kredieten, stelt rapportages op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van alle documenten en communicatie rond kredietbeslissingen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bouwde reeds minstens 5 jaar aantoonbare ervaring op binnen het vakgebied en fungeert als referentiepunt voor collega's.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een lokaal, klantgericht kantoor.
  • Je communiceert vlot en brengt complexe kredietinformatie op een duidelijke en vertrouwenwekkende manier over.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare kredietvormen, jaarrekeninganalyse en financieringsdossiers.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je betrokken bij de uitdagingen van particulieren, zelfstandigen en KMO's.
