Over het kantoor: Voor een zelfstandig bankagentschap regio Knokke-Heist zoeken we een klantgerichte Kredietadviseur. Het kantoor bestaat uit vier medewerkers en de zaakvoerder, en staat bekend om zijn persoonlijke aanpak, korte communicatielijnen en sterke verankering in de regio. Professionaliteit en mensgericht advies staan centraal, met oog voor de lange termijnrelatie met de klant.

Jouw rol: Als Kredietadviseur ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun vermogen Je adviseert klanten rond kredieten en begeleidt hen bij het vinden van oplossingen die aansluiten bij hun financiële mogelijkheden en toekomstplannen. Je bouwt vertrouwen op door heldere communicatie en persoonlijk advies, en werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om de commerciële doelstellingen van het kantoor te realiseren. Tegelijk draag je bij aan het versterken van de langetermijnvisie en groei van het kantoor, waarbij je mee bouwt aan een groter geheel.

Wat doe je concreet?

  • Advies en begeleiding: Je bespreekt met klanten hun financiële situatie en biedt hen gepaste kredietoplossingen. Je helpt hen niet alleen om hun plannen – zoals een woning, verbouwing of investering – te realiseren, maar ook om hun financiële draagkracht en zekerheid te bewaken. Daarmee bouw je samen met de klant aan een toekomstgerichte aanpak die verder gaat dan cijfers alleen en aansluit bij hun persoonlijke dromen en mogelijkheden.
  • Commerciële aanpak: Je herkent opportuniteiten en zet deze om in duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Opvolging: Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en een vlotte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Teamwerk: Je werkt samen in een klein, hecht team waar collegialiteit en overleg belangrijk zijn. In zo’n omgeving krijgt iedereen de ruimte om zijn sterktes in te brengen en initiatief te nemen. Jouw bijdrage weegt sterk door in het dagelijks functioneren van het kantoor.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma.
  • Ervaring: Ervaring is geen must; jouw motivatie en leergierigheid maken het verschil! Beschik je over de nodige Febelfin-certificaten? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
  • Commerciële flair: Je gaat proactief en klantgericht te werk en herkent commerciële kansen.
  • Communicatie: Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en weet complexe financiële informatie om te zetten in klare taal. Je communiceert niet alleen helder en professioneel, maar ook empathisch: klanten voelen zich gehoord en begrepen.
  • Teamspeler: Je werkt graag samen in een klein team en draagt bij aan een positieve dynamiek.
