Over het kantoor: In Leuven versterkt een mensgericht bankkantoor zijn team met een Kredietadviseur. Men begeleidt er klanten doorheen het volledige krediettraject, van aanvraag tot beslissing, met aandacht voor de concrete situatie van elke klant.

Jobomschrijving

Als Kredietadviseur ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen rond financiering. Of het nu gaat om woonkredieten, investeringen, bedrijfskapitaal of herfinancieringen: je verdiept je in de financiële context van de klant en begeleidt het volledige traject van aanvraag tot beslissing. Je maakt deel uit van een hecht kantoorteam en bouwt mee aan duurzame relaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Woon- en investeringskredieten: Je beoordeelt en begeleidt zowel woonkredieten voor particulieren als investerings- en werkkapitaalfinancieringen voor ondernemers.
  • Kredietdossiers beoordelen: Je beoordeelt aanvragen grondig, bepaalt de kredietvoorwaarden en stemt af met interne risicopartners om dossiers correct en volledig op te bouwen.
  • Risicobeheer: Je waakt over een gezonde balans tussen commerciële opportuniteit en een verantwoord kredietbeleid binnen het kantoor.
  • Commerciële groei: Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het kredietsegment en het lokale netwerk van klanten.
  • Opvolging en administratie: Je bewaakt lopende kredieten, stelt rapportages op en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van alle documenten en communicatie rond kredietbeslissingen.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante werkervaring, maar gedrevenheid en leergierigheid primeren: ook als starter met de juiste ingesteldheid krijg je hier alle kansen.
  • Je combineert commercieel inzicht met een sterk analytisch vermogen en een oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in financiën, economie, rechtspraktijk of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de gangbare kredietvormen, jaarrekeninganalyse en financieringsdossiers.
  • Je communiceert vlot en brengt complexe kredietinformatie op een duidelijke en vertrouwenwekkende manier over.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig en voelt je thuis in een lokaal, klantgericht kantoor.
