The posting

Je komt terecht in een familiale organisatie met een sterke regionale verankering. Het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Diksmuide, van waaruit de kredietactiviteiten voor de verschillende vestigingen worden ondersteund.

De organisatie telt ondertussen ook kantoren in Houthulst, Veurne en Poperinge en wil verder groeien in de Westhoek.

Hier werken ze zonder individuele KPI's. Een klant goed helpen staat voorop. Jaarlijks bekijken medewerkers samen met hun leidinggevende hun groei en ontwikkeling.

Jobomschrijving

Als kredietadviseur begeleid je klanten bij hun kredietvragen van het eerste gesprek tot de verdere opvolging.

Je:

  • analyseert de financiële situatie en kredietbehoefte van klanten;
  • bespreekt verschillende kredietmogelijkheden;
  • maakt kredietdossiers op en volgt ze verder op;
  • verzamelt en controleert de nodige documenten;
  • onderhoudt contact met klanten en kredietpartners;
  • bewaakt de voortgang van lopende dossiers;
  • denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer een dossier extra aandacht vraagt;
  • werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen kredieten, verzekeringen en beleggingen.

Je komt terecht in een team waarin twee collega's de kredietactiviteiten mee opnemen en waar de verantwoordelijke zich onder meer richt op professionele kredieten.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand met al wat ervaring binnen kredieten.

  • Je hebt idealiter 2 à 3 jaar ervaring binnen kredietverlening of een gelijkaardige financiële functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van kredietproducten en kredietdossiers.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je durft zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent klantgericht en zoekt mee naar oplossingen.
  • Je hebt een ondernemende ingesteldheid en neemt initiatief.
  • Je voelt je goed binnen een familiale omgeving waar collega's elkaar helpen.
