Over de organisatie Onze klant is een bank- en verzekeringsgroep met verschillende vestigingen in het Gentse en richt zich tot zowel particulieren als professionelen. In deze sterk groeiende groep staan advies en expertise centraal, alsook het uitbouwen van lange termijnrelaties met de klanten. Ter uitbreiding van het huidig team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers is Hays Bank & Verzekeringen voor hen op zoek naar een enthousiaste Kredietadviseur particulieren, die zal werken vanuit de vestiging in Mariakerke.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Adviseur kredieten ben jij de specialist die de klanten adviseert over consumentenkredieten (LOA's) en woonkredieten. Tijdens een persoonlijk gesprek leer je de klant kennen, breng je zijn kredietbehoefte in kaart en stel je een oplossing op maat voor. Verder zorg je voor een nauwkeurige administratieve verwerking van jouw dossiers. Bij interesse kan je eveneens ondersteuning bieden bij bedrijfskredieten. Naast jouw rol als Kredietadviseur zal je eveneens enkele taken rond dagelijks bankieren voor jouw rekening nemen.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor of master in een economische richting of gelijk door ervaring
  • Ervaring met advies rond woonkredieten
  • In het bezit van de nodige FSMA-attesten
  • Klantgericht, sociaal, commercieel ingesteld en administratief sterk
