Voor een gespecialiseerde onderneming binnen de financiële dienstverlening zijn we op zoek naar een Kredietanalist Woonkredieten.

Als Kredietanalist Woonkredieten speel je een belangrijke inhoudelijke rol binnen het kredietproces. Je onderzoekt kredietdossiers, beoordeelt de financiële haalbaarheid en ondersteunt kredietadviseurs bij het uitwerken van een geschikte kredietstructuur.

Je kijkt daarbij verder dan standaardberekeningen en ratio's. Je analyseert het volledige financiële dossier en brengt mogelijke risico's, aandachtspunten en alternatieven in kaart.

Jouw taken

  • Je analyseert inkomsten, uitgaven, bestaande kredieten en terugbetalingscapaciteit.
  • Je beoordeelt eigen middelen, waarborgen en vastgoedwaarden.
  • Je controleert financiële en juridische documenten.
  • Je onderzoekt welke kredietstructuur het beste aansluit bij het dossier.
  • Je vergelijkt de acceptatiecriteria van verschillende kredietmaatschappijen.
  • Je signaleert financiële risico's, onduidelijkheden en ontbrekende informatie.
  • Je zoekt naar mogelijke alternatieven wanneer een dossier niet binnen een standaardkader past.
  • Je bereidt kredietdossiers inhoudelijk voor op indiening.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met kredietmaatschappijen over inhoudelijke vragen.
  • Je overlegt nauw met kredietadviseurs en administratieve medewerkers.

Je bent analytisch, kritisch en nauwkeurig en hebt interesse in financiële situaties en kredietstructuren.

Je beschikt over:

  • een sterk analytisch vermogen;
  • affiniteit met cijfers en financiële structuren;
  • oog voor detail zonder het totaalbeeld uit het oog te verliezen;
  • logisch en kritisch denkvermogen;
  • een gestructureerde manier van werken;
  • verantwoordelijkheidszin;
  • een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid.

Ervaring met woonkredieten, kredietanalyse, accountancy, banking of andere financiële dienstverlening is een sterke troef.

Ook kandidaten met een uitstekende financiële basis en de ambitie om zich verder te ontwikkelen tot kredietspecialist komen in aanmerking.
