Zit je liever bij een klant aan tafel of ben je liever onderweg naar een woning dan dat je de hele dag achter je computer zit? Dan hebben wij in Zwolle een mooie functie voor je. Voor een moderne makelaardij zoeken wij een KRMT Makelaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week die klanten begeleidt bij zowel de aankoop als verkoop van woningen. Een zelfstandige en commerciële functie waarin je veel onderweg bent, veel mensen spreekt en daadwerkelijk betrokken bent bij één van de belangrijkste beslissingen in het leven van jouw klanten. Wat krijg je? Je krijgt hier vooral de ruimte om ook daadwerkelijk als makelaar te werken. Veel naar buiten, veel contact met klanten en goede ondersteuning vanuit kantoor. Je kunt rekenen op: - Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week - Een goed bruto van 3500 en 5200 maandsalaris passend bij jouw kennis en ervaring - Een zelfstandige functie binnen aankoop én verkoop - Veel buitendienst en persoonlijk klantcontact - Auto van de zaak of een goede mobiliteitsregeling - Laptop en mobiele telefoon - Goede pensioenregeling - Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden - Professionele ondersteuning vanuit de binnendienst - Moderne makelaarssystemen en goede marketing - Mogelijkheden om opleidingen te volgen - Doorgroeimogelijkheden richting RM/RMT - Veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen als makelaar Wat ga je doen? Als KRMT-makelaar ben je betrokken bij zowel aankoop als verkoop. Aan de verkoopkant heb je contact met woningbezitters, begeleid je bezichtigingen, bespreek je de belangstelling voor een woning en onderhoud je contact met potentiële kopers.
