Dat is hoe we bij Olsthoorn Makelaars willen werken. Jouw rol Als KRMT-/RMT-makelaar Wonen begeleid je klanten bij de aankoop en verkoop van woningen in Den Haag en omgeving. Je krijgt veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid in je functie. Tegelijkertijd kun je rekenen op collega’s die je ondersteunen, zodat jij je kunt richten op waar je als makelaar de meeste waarde toevoegt. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - verkoop- en aankooptrajecten van begin tot eind; - bezichtigingen en waardebepalingen; - klanten adviseren over prijs, strategie, kansen en risico’s; - nieuwe opdrachten binnenhalen en commerciële kansen benutten; - bestaande relaties onderhouden en je eigen netwerk verder uitbouwen; - samenwerken met collega-makelaars, binnendienst en marketing; - zorgen voor goede opvolging en heldere communicatie richting klanten; - meedenken over hoe we onze dienstverlening en manier van werken verder kunnen verbeteren.

Wie we zoeken We zoeken in de eerste plaats een goede makelaar. Iemand die het vak kent, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en begrijpt dat vertrouwen wordt verdiend door afspraken na te komen en goed werk te leveren. Je werkt zelfstandig en ziet commerciële kansen, maar succes is voor jou niet alleen individueel. Je helpt collega’s, deelt kennis en draagt bij aan het gezamenlijke resultaat.
