Ihre Aufgaben

* Betreuung und Beratung bestehender Kunden im Außendienst

* Ausbau und Gewinnung neuer Kundenbeziehungen

* Analyse des Versicherungsbedarfs und Erstellung individueller Lösungen

* Durchführung von Kundenterminen und Vertragsgesprächen

* Unterstützung und persönliche Betreuung bei Schadensfällen

* Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen

Ihr Profil

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten

* Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Führerschein Klasse B

Entlohnung

Das Mindestentgelt richtet sich nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Außendienst der Versicherungsunternehmen. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung erfolgt entsprechend Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und vereinbartem Beschäftigungsmodell. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist gegeben.

Steinbach an der Steyr sowie das regionale Außendienstgebiet in der Region Kirchdorf.
