Als Kund_innen- und Maklerbetreuer_in bist du mitten im Geschehen: Du beantwortest Anfragen, unterstützt unsere Maklerpartner_innen und koordinierst Abläufe mit Versicherungsgesellschaften.

Dabei musst du noch kein Versicherungsprofi sein. Wichtig sind Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen. Alles Weitere zeigen wir dir. 1 Kunden- & Maklerbetreuer_in Deine Aufgaben:

* Kund_innen und Maklerpartner_innen persönlich, telefonisch und digital betreuen

* Angebote, Anträge, Verträge und Polizzen bearbeiten

* Informationen bei Versicherungsgesellschaften einholen und weiterleiten

* Offene Anliegen koordinieren und Fristen im Blick behalten

* Unsere Maklerpartner_innen im täglichen Versicherungsgeschäft unterstützen

* Kund_innen- und Vertragsdaten sorgfältig pflegen

* Bei Schadenfällen die nächsten Schritte einleiten und begleiten

Dein Profil:

* Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen

* Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten

* Eine genaue, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Organisationstalent und ein guter Überblick

* Interesse an digitalen Programmen und modernen Arbeitsweisen

* Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Erfahrung in der Versicherungsbranche ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss

* Auch Quereinsteiger_innen sind bei uns herzlich willkommen
