Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

* Sie übernehmen die Betreuung bestehender Kund_innen und bauen das Geschäftsfeld der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung durch aktive Neukund_innengewinnung weiter aus.

* Sie pflegen Ihre Kund_innenkontakte, kennen die Bedürfnisse Ihrer Kund_innen und entwickeln darauf aufbauend maßgeschneiderte Lösungen.

* Sie betreuuen unsere externen Mitarbeitenden partnerschaftlich und sorgen für eine verlässliche, vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit dem internen Recruiting-Team zusammen und stellen sicher, dass Kund_innenaufträge zeitnah und passgenau besetzt werden.

* Sie verantworten Ihre Projekte vom Erstkontakt über die Angebotslegung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung und sind auch darüber hinaus erste Ansprechperson für Kund_innen und Mitarbeitende.

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Sie verfügen über fundierte Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Personaldienstleistungen oder vergleichbare Services.

* Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und bauen tragfähige, langfristige Beziehungen auf.

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Kontaktfreudigkeit, Vertriebsstärke und Eigeninitiative aus.

* Sie sind in der Region gut vernetzt oder bringen die Bereitschaft mit, dieses Netzwerk aktiv auszubauen.

* Sie behalten auch in herausfordernden Situationen eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verlässlichkeit und eine positive Grundhaltung. Sie sind kontaktfreudig, in der Region gut vernetzt und verstehen es, tragfähige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufzubauen und nachhaltig zu pflegen.
