Für unseren Kunden suchen wir ab sofort eine_n 1 Kunden- und Personalberater_in - Vertrieb Arbeitskräfteüberlassung Unser Auftraggeber mit Firmenstandort in Graz-Umgegung ist ein erfolgreiches österreichisches Unternehmen mit langjähriger Erfahrung in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung und im industriellen Umfeld. Im Mittelpunkt stehen qualifizierte Fachkräfte für anspruchsvolle Einsätze in Industrie, Montage und Instandhaltung sowie eine professionelle und verlässliche Betreuung der Kundenunternehmen.

Für das Vertriebsgebiet Steiermark und Kärnten suchen wir eine vertriebsstarke Persönlichkeit, die bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiterentwickelt, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten erkennt und Unternehmen bei ihrem Personalbedarf kompetent begleitet.

Aufgrund des weitläufigen Vertriebsgebiets besteht auch für Kandidat:innen mit Wohnsitz außerhalb des Großraums Graz die Möglichkeit, remote von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben...

* Aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie Ausbau und Betreuung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen

* Erhebung des Personalbedarfs und Entwicklung passender Lösungen in der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Erstellung und Kalkulation von Angeboten sowie Führung von Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen

* Eigenständiges Recruiting und Auswahl geeigneter Mitarbeiter:innen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Team

* Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb - idealerweise in der Personaldienstleistung bzw. Arbeitskräfteüberlassung

* Freude an Akquise, Kundenkontakt und persönlicher Beratung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Abschlussorientierung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Gutes Verständnis für den gewerblichen bzw. industriellen Arbeitsmarkt

Mindestgehalt

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 4.300,00 brutto bei 38,5 h/Woche zzgl. eines variablen Anteils vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und bisheriger Vertriebserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
