In unseren Filialen bieten wir unseren Kunden ein vertrauensvolles Verkaufserlebnis. Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort führst du Beratungsgespräche, bewertest Fahrzeuge mit digitaler Unterstützung und begleitest den gesamten Ankaufsprozess - von der Begrüßung bis zur Unterschrift.

Für unseren Standort in 8160 Mitterdorf suchen wir 1 Kundenberater_in Fahrzeugbewertung & Ankauf Stellenbeschreibung

* Berate unsere Kunden persönlich und kompetent im Ankaufsprozess ihres Fahrzeugs - von der Begrüßung bis zum Vertragsabschluss

* Führe überzeugende Verkaufsgespräche mit dem Ziel, faire und für beide Seiten attraktive Abschlüsse zu erzielen

* Erkläre transparent den Zustand und die Bewertung des Fahrzeugs und baue durch deine Kommunikationsstärke Vertrauen auf

* Koordiniere den Ankaufsprozess effizient und sorge für einen reibungslosen Ablauf gemeinsam mit unserem Support-Team

Qualifikationen

* Starke Vertriebs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, idealerweise durch Erfahrungen im direkten Kundenkontakt, Dienstleistungsbranche oder im Einzelhandel

* Erste Erfahrungen im Verkaufsprozess, in der Kundenberatung oder in der Preisverhandlungen und Verkaufsabschlüssen

* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Begeisterung für den persönlichen Austausch sowie ein sympathisches, professionelles Auftreten

* Technisches oder Kfz-spezifisches Wissen ist kein Muss - unsere Tools & Trainings unterstützen dich in der Fahrzeugbewertung

* Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein Klasse B Führerschein

* Quereinsteiger aus Vertrieb, Tourismus und Retail willkommen
