* Professionelle Betreuung von Bestandskunden und aktiver Verkauf unserer gesamten Produktpallette insbesondere von Veranlagungs- und Finanzierungsprodukten, Up- und Cross-Selling zuständig.

* Kompetente Anlaufstelle für den persönlichen Kundenstock.

* Erkennen von Kundenbedürfnissen und Erarbeiten von maßgeschneiderten Lösungsvorschlägen.

* Aufbauen von vertrauensvollen, langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen.

* Zuständig für die Neukundenakquisition.

Dein Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Bankprodukten und der Kundenbetreuung

* Fähigkeit und Freude daran positive Kundenerlebnisse zu schaffen

* Bedarf von Bestands- und Neukunden erkennen und das Geschick haben die Loyalität zu stärken

* Fähigkeit Bank Kunden den Mehrwert des digitalen Vertriebsweges gepaart mit meiner Beratungskompetenz näherzubringen

* Ausgezeichnete Verkaufskompetenz sowie Deutschkenntnisse Level C und gute Englischkenntnisse, Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Arabisch, Türkisch, BKS, Rumänisch, Polnisch und andere) von Vorteil
