Für unser stetig wachsendes Stationsnetz in Österreich suchen wir in Vollzeit (40h/Woche) mit möglichem Eintrittsdatum: 1 Kundenberater / Rental Sales Agent (m/w/d)

für unsere neue Niederlassung in Linz Stadt

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung von lokalen sowie internationalen Kunden

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Mietverträgen für Fahrzeuge

* Aktive Beratung und Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen

* Durchführung administrativer Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Autovermietung

* Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit mit dem Ziel, die Erwartungen der Kunden zu übertreffen

* Inspektion der Fahrzeuge vor und nach jeder Vermietung zur Beurteilung des Fahrzeugzustands sowie Erstellung von Berichten über etwaige Schäden

Ihr Profil:

* Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Dienstleistungsbranche und/oder im Kundenservice

* Quereinsteiger mit hoher Lernbereitschaft sind ebenfalls willkommen

* Sie zeichnen sich durch Teamgeist sowie eine ausgeprägte Multitaskingfähigkeit aus

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in wechselnden Schichtdiensten

* Besitz eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B

* Fundierte Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil)

* Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und vorausschauende Arbeitsweise
