Als professionelles, prozessorientiertes Startup aus Innsbruck planen, montieren und installieren wir PV-Anlagen und Wärmepumpen. Du bist die Stimme, die Interessent_innen von unseren smarten und zukunftsträchtigen Produkten und Services überzeugt.

Verantwortlichkeiten / Aufgaben

* Kundenanfragen: Telefonische Bearbeitung neuer Kundenanfragen

* Beratung & Planung: Du planst PV-Anlagen und Wärmepumpen gemeinsam mit dem Kunden via Videocall - ob Privatperson, Firma oder Wohngemeinschaft.

* Angebotserstellung: Du erstellst Angebote und behältst dabei relevante Normen und technische Details im Blick.

* Kundenbetreuung: Du begleitest deine Kunden bei allen Fragen und Unklarheiten bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

* Prozessverbesserung: Du bringst dich aktiv ein, um unsere Verkaufsprozesse stetig zu verbessern.

Was du mitbringst:

* Kommunikationstyp "Telefon statt Tippen": Du greifst lieber kurz zum Hörer, um Dinge direkt zu klären, statt endlose E-Mails zu schreiben. Du bist wortstark, selbstbewusst und lösungsorientiert.

* Seriöses & empathisches Auftreten: Du überzeugst mit Kompetenz und gehst einfühlsam auf unterschiedliche Kund_innengruppen ein und kannst komplizierte Sachverhalte einfach erklären.

* Verkaufserfahrung: Du bringst bereits erste Erfahrung im Verkauf mit und weißt, wie man ein Angebot zum Abschluss führt.

* Technisches Interesse: Du beschäftigst dich gerne mit technischen Zusammenhängen rund um PV und Wärmepumpen und brennst für die Sparte der erneuerbaren Energien.

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für deine Kund_innen von der ersten Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss.

* Organisationstalent: Du behältst auch bei vielen parallelen Anfragen den Überblick und strukturierst deinen Alltag proaktiv.
