https://PlayVR.at ist ein moderner Virtual-Reality-Funpark, in dem die Gäste spannende Abenteuer erleben und in digitale Welten eintauchen. Für das bestehende Team suchen wir motivierte Mitarbeiter_innen, die Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen haben und neue Technologien spannend finden.

Für den Standort in 1140 Wien, im Aufhofcenter, suchen wir im Rahmen einer schriftlichen Vorauswahl, durch das AMS Hietzinger Kai, 1 Kundenbetreuer_in bzw. Gästebetreuer_in Deine Aufgaben

* Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Gäste / vor allem Kinder/Jugendliche

* Beratung zu Ticketoptionen und Spielvarianten

* Ticketkontrolle mittels elektronischem Lesegerät

* Einweisung in die VR-Maschinen, Steuerungen und Sicherheitsregeln

* Reinigung und Desinfektion von VR-Brillen, Controllern und Kontaktflächen

* Überprüfung der Sicherheitsvorschriften

* Basis-Fehlerbehebung bei technischen Problemen

* Allgemeine Tätigkeiten wie Ordnung im Funpark und Unterstützung bei Events

Dein Profil

* Wir wenden uns gerne an Quereinteiger_innen oder an zeitlich flexible Student_innen

* Freude am Kontakt mit Kindern/Jugendliche/Erwachsene und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift

* Interesse an Games, VR und neuer Technologie

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit

* Teamgeist und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Technisches Interesse oder Erfahrung im Servicebereich von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenendarbeit und Feiertagsdiensten

* Primäre Arbeitszeiten, Freitags, Samstags und Sonntags, nach Vereinbarung innerhalb unserer Rahmenöffnungszeiten

* Öffnungszeiten:

** Montags bis Donnerstags zwischen 15:00 Uhr bis 21:00 Uhr

** Freitags von 15:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr

** Samstags, Sonntags & Feiertags 11:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr

** In den Ferien täglich ab 11:00 Uhr geöffnet
