Mitglieder aus zahlreichen Ländern profitieren von maßgeschneiderten Finanzlösungen, persönlicher Beratung und einer langfristigen Betreuung. Aufgaben

* Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für Mitglieder und betreuen diese kompetent, serviceorientiert und professionell bei sämtlichen finanziellen Anliegen.

* Sie eröffnen und verwalten Konten, bearbeiten Anträge und stellen die korrekte Abwicklung aller administrativen Prozesse sicher.

* Sie beraten Mitglieder zu Bankprodukten und Dienstleistungen, insbesondere im Bereich Konto- und Kreditprodukte, und unterstützen sie bei der Auswahl passender Lösungen.

* Sie berechnen Kredit- und Zinssätze, erstellen entsprechende Unterlagen und unterstützen bei der Bearbeitung von Kreditanträgen.

* Sie stellen die Einhaltung interner Richtlinien sowie regulatorischer Vorgaben sicher und behandeln sensible Informationen stets vertraulich.

Anforderungen

* Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Privatkunden- oder Retail-Banking.

* Erfahrung im Kreditgeschäft sowie ein gutes Verständnis für die Berechnung von Kredit- und Zinssätzen.

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, die im Rahmen des Bewerbungsprozesses überprüft werden.

* Eine ausgeprägte Service-Mentalität sowie ein offenes, freundliches und professionelles Auftreten.

* Lösungsorientiertes Denken, Eigeninitiative und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen.

Gehalt & Benefits

Die Position ist voraussichtlich auf zwei Jahre befristet.

Für diese Position bewegt sich das Bruttojahresgehalt bei EUR 57.000 auf Vollzeitbasis. Die tatsächliche Vergütung richtet sich nach Ihrer Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und Ihren fachlichen Kenntnissen.
