Baufachmarkt Schilowsky sucht zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Neunkirchen oder 1210 Wien eine/n Verkaufsberater (m/w/d) für Vollzeit. 1 Kundenbetreuer/in im Handel (Innendienst) Aufgaben

* Professionelle, fachgerechte und kompetente Beratung unserer Kund/innen im Bereich Trockenbau

* Verkauf unseres hochwertigen Produktsortiments

* Material- und Kostenberechnung nach Kund/innenwunsch

* Kalkulationen und Erstellen von Angeboten

* Erfassung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen, sowie Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Nachsorge und Betreuung der Kund/innen bis zur Finalisierung eines Projektes und darüber hinaus

* Betreuung von Handels- und Fachunternehmen sowie Lieferanten

* Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

* Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit Außendienst, Geschäftsstellen sowie den Bereichen Logistik und Einkauf

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische und/oder technische Ausbildung

* Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Baustoffhandel/Trockenbau

* Kundenorientierung, Genauigkeit und Flexibilität

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Professionelles, verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten und Verhandlungsgeschick

* Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von ERP- Systemen

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen

* Freude am Umgang mit Kund/innen und Kolleg/innen

* kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse

Wir sind dazu verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Brutto Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei € 2.362,00 (KV-Handel, Gruppe D) liegt. Die tatsächliche Entlohnung hängt von Ihrer persönlichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung ab.
