Mit deiner offenen und kommunikativen Art stehst du unseren Kund:innen im Service Center stets hilfreich zur Seite. Du beantwortest freundlich Fragen und kümmerst dich gerne um die Abwicklung unserer Serviceleistungen. Ob Reklamationen, Umtausch oder Beschwerden: Du hilfst schnell und unkompliziert weiter.

Aufgaben, die dich erwarten

* Du bist erste Ansprechperson bei Kundenaufträgen, -anfragen und -kommissionen.

* Du bearbeitest Retouren und Reparaturaufträge.

* Du organisierst Auslieferungen, überwachst Termine von Bestellungen und betreust den Mietgeräteverleih.

* Du übernimmst administrative Aufgaben im Rahmen der Marktorganisation.

* Du übernimmst gewissenhaft Kassiertätigkeiten.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst

Alles machbar, wenn

* du eine kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung hast.

* du idealerweise Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Service Center mitbringst.

* du freundlich bist und kundenorientiert arbeitest.

* du genau, verlässlich, teamorientiert und zeitlich flexibel bist.

Wir bieten ein überkollektivvertragliches Bruttogehalt von € 2.451,- pro Monat auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung. (Mindestgehalt lt. Kollektivvertrag beträgt € 2.251,- brutto pro Monat). Abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
