Wir sind eine UNIQA VersicherungsAgentur. Als Versicherung vor Ort sind wir Ansprechpartner für KFZ-Anmeldungen, Leasing und alle Versicherungsfragen. Wir suchen 1 Kundenbetreuer_in in der GeneralAgentur Vollzeit ab DEZEMBER 2026

Das erwartet dich:

- Kundenservice. Kundenanrufe, Kunden empfangen und deren Anliegen, bzw. Unterlagen

als erster Ansprechpartner dokumentieren

- Durchführung der KFZ-Zulassung

- Allgemeine Vertrags-, Schaden- und Inkassobeauskunftung für alle Versicherungssparten

- Customer Care über die gesamte Dienstleistungskette (z.B. Anlage und Erledigung von Kleinschäden, Koordination bei KFZ-Besichtigungen, u.v.m.)

- Support für Kund:innenportale (z.B. myUNIQA & myUNIQAplus)

- Beratung und Offerterstellung

Wir erwarten uns:

- kaufmännische Ausbildung

- Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft

- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit im telefonischen Umgang mit Kund:innen und Partner:innen

- Empathie und Fingerspitzengefühl in sensiblen und emotionalen Situationen der Kund:innen

- Servicequalität bei der Bearbeitung von sämtlichen Kund:innenanfragen

- Berufserfahrung und Vorkenntnisse in den einzelnen Versicherungssparten von Vorteil

- Hohes Maß an Motivation und Bereitschaft, vorgegebene Aktionsziele selbstbewusst und positiv anzustreben

- Englisch in Wort und Schrift

- Vertrautheit mit unterschiedlichen EDV-Anwendungen

- Lernbereitschaft und Fokus auf Weiterentwicklung
